Abstract |
This report is EPA Counter-Terrorism (C-T) Program Strategy, FY98 Work Plan Executive Summary, and FY98 Work Plan and Task List. In June 1995, the President, in recognition of the increased threat of domestic terrorist activity, directed EPA and five other key federal agencies to prepare for potential acts of domestic terrorism. Toward that end, the Agency convened a working group lead by the OSWER's Chemical Emergency Preparedness and Prevention Office and that included representatives from the OSWER's Office of Emergency and Remedial Response, the OAR's Office of Radiation and Indoor Air, and from OECA's National Enforcement Investigations Center. |
