| Abstract |
Standards of Performance for the control of emissions of volatile organic compounds from flexible vinyl coating and printing operations are being proposed under the authority of Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. The standard would apply to flexible vinyl printing lines for which construction or modification began on or after the date of proposal of the regulation. This document contains background information and environmental and economic impact assessments of the regulatory alternatives considered in developing the proposed standard. |
