Abstract
This report covers the results of a study, by the Panel on Emissions Standards, Committee on Motor Vehicle Emissions, NAS, into the basis for the Federal motor vehicle carbon monoxide emission standard for 1975 and later model year vehicles. The study covers the measurement of ambient CO levels, health effects, growth factors, sources, air quality models and computation of emission standards.
