Abstract
Code 69 (Meflex 039(12-2023 43.5% chlorination)) was evaluated for acute oral toxicity in male and female rats according to the Environmental Protection Agency proposed guidelines for hazard evaluation. Based upon the findings of this study, the acute oral LD50 of Code 69 (Meflex 039(12-2023 43.5% chlorination)) is estimated to be greater than 5000 mg/kg of body weight for male and female rats, thus Code 69 would not be considered orally toxic.
