Abstract
The article discusses Oregon's Toxics Use Reduction and Hazardous Waste Reduction Act. The history, planning requirements, implementation, enforcement and funding of the law are explained. The Act requires certain businesses to create a pollution prevention plan. A technical assistance program is available to aid businesses with these plans.
