| Abstract |
The Taylor Borough site is located at the toe of Bald Mountain, approximately three miles south of the City of Scranton. The site is situated within a tract of land that was previously coal mined and left unreclaimed with numerous open and surface mine spoil pits. Subsequently the site was used for a municipal landfill operation by the City of Scranton. Selected remedial actions are proposed. |
