Abstract
The goal of the Hydrogeologic Study Handbook is to provide assistance to the people of the State of Michigan in the planning and conducting of hydrogeologic studies and ground-water quality monitoring. The types of information that specific State agencies may request in a study are outlined in the section entitled Specific Types of Hydrogeologic Studies. Because monitoring programs are essential to most hydrogeologic studies, the handbook contains a Groundwater Monitoring section.
