| Abstract | This Record of Decision (ROD) documents the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) selection of the remedial action for the Niagara County Refuse site. This operable unit is the first and only operable unit for the site. The primary objectives of this action are to control the source of contamination at the site and to reduce and minimize the migration of contaminants into site media thereby minimizing any health and ecological impacts. |
