Abstract
The Federal Government sponsored a study to assist the State of Michigan in a review of its newly established Environmental Protection Branch of the Department of Natural Resources; the impact of the new branch on interstate agencies and the private sector; the impact of the new branch on intrastate agencies and the private sector; and the new branch's staffing requirements as these factors affect the State's environmental protection goals.
