| Abstract |
The quantitation of newly induced TFT-resistant and TG-resistant mutants in TK-3.7.2C mouse lymphoma cells was analyzed using conventional soft agar cloning and a newly developed technique that allowed for the sequestering, expression, and selection (SES) of mutants in Linbro wells. |
