Abstract
BIODEG is a data value file containing literature-derived data on the biodegradation of over 500 chemicals. There are five different types of records; four record types that cover different types of tests: (screening studies, biological treatment simulations, grab samples, and field studies) and one summary record that contains summary evaluation codes. A more detailed discussion of the file is available in P.H. Howard, et al, Environ. Toxicology Chem. 6:1-10 (1987).
