| Abstract |
The report is one of a series analyzing problem areas in Montana's water law and pointing out alternative courses of action that will provide for a more efficient and equitable system. Since Montana is in the process of adopting a new consitution, new legislation is needed to make it an effective document. A number of water right court cases and the findings are discussed. |
