Abstract
The report presents data and information relevant to the determination of water requirements, to the year 2010, for municipal and industrial purposes in the area which may be served from the proposed Cooper Reservoir and South Sulphur River, and how these needs may be met. Also, as requested by the Corps of Engineers, this report includes an estimate of the annual benefits which could be ascribed to storage allocated to water supply.
