Abstract
This ESD has been prepared to EPA to explain the significant differences between the 1986 ROD Remedy and the remedy delineated in the Final Design Remedy dated September 6, 1991, at the Marshall/Boulder Landfill Site. This ESD provides a brief summary of the background of the Site, a description of the remedial design, and a comparison of the 1986 ROD Remedy to the Final Design Remedy.
