Abstract |
The report assesses the impact on the U.S. petroleum refining industry of a possible EPA regulation limiting the level of gaseous refinery sulfur oxide (SOx) emissions. Computer models are used to assess investment and energy requirements to meet the possible regulation and the incremental cost to manufacture all refinery products as a result of the regulation. |
