Abstract | This report estimates, by use of an econmetric model, the economic impact of environmental regulations on the United States Copper Industry. The report covers the principal air and water regulations as they affect copper mining, milling, smelting and refining. Price, employment, production and net imports are forecast over the period 1978-1987 both with and without present environmental regulations. |
