The 1975 edition of the Water Strategy has been prepared for use and review by federal, state, and local government officials, and for the information of the public. It reflects the final decisions on the Federal Government's FY 1976 budget. This Strategy, while based on law, is not the law, nor is it a regulation mandated by the law. It is guidance for use by government agencies in implementing the Acts.
