Abstract
The Sixth National Symposium on Food Processing Wastes was co-sponsored with the National Canners Association and the Wisconsin Canners and Freezers Association. The primary purpose of these symposia is the dissemination of the latest research, development and demonstration information on process modifications, waste treatment by-product recovery and water reuse to industry, consultants, and government personnel. Twenty papers are included in this Proceedings as well as the final registration list.
