Abstract |
National emission standards for the control of hazardous air pollutant emissions from the dry cleaning industry are being promulgated under the authority of section 112 of the Clean Air Act, as amended. These standards apply to existing and new dry cleaning facilities, the construction or reconstruction of which began on or after the date of proposal. The document contains a summary of the comments and responses that were generated as a result of the proposal of this standard. |
