Abstract
The report summarizes the third year's operation of EPA-owned mobile test units. Unlike prior reports, detailed field test results are not included. Three field units (the baghouse, wet scrubber, and electrostatic precipitator) are designed to be used for studying the applicability of different methods for controlling fine particulate emitted from a wide variety of sources. The fourth unit (an energy van) is designed to demonstrate the feasibility of unconventional energy supply systems to support residential and commercial buildings.
