Abstract
The report gives results of a particulate control technology assessment visit to Japan by a team of U.S. investigators. The visit included discussions with personnel from universities, industries, and other major installations involved with particulate control. Significant research activities were noted in both the academic and industrial sectors related to particulate control and measurements. The report summarizes results of the individual discussions, observations during the tour, and discussions of technical papers.
