| Abstract | The decision document presents the selected remedial action for the Robintech, Inc./National Pipe Co. Site (hereinafter, the Site or the Robintech Site), Operable Unit Two (OU-2), located in the Town of Vestal, Broome County, New York. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that no action is necessary for the suspected lead contamination of Site-related soil and sediment at the Robintech Site. The concentration of lead in Site-related soil and sediment were found to be acceptable for protection of human health and the environment. Thus, No Action is the selected remedy for the second operable unit for the Site. |
