| Abstract |
The purpose of this document is to present possible ground-water disinfection requirements and to solicit feedback from the public. The document consists of two sections: (1) Ground-Water Disinfection Draft Rule Criteria, and (2) Rationale for the Ground-Water Disinfection Draft Rule Criteria. The Draft Rule Criteria section (sometimes referred to as the Draft Rule Criteria documents) specifies a set of possible requirements for the Ground-Water Disinfection Rule (GWDR). The Rationale section describes the purpose and structure of the rule, and provides a brief explanation of some of the outstanding issues raised in the Draft Rule Criteria section. |
