Abstract
The issue of Risk Assessment, Management, and Communication: A Guide to Selected Sources is the ninth update in EPA's series of risk management bibliographies. References were gathered from the environmental, medical, and scientific literature included in the following databases: ABI/Inform, Cambridge Scientific Abstracts, Conference Papers Index, Enviroline, Legal Resources Index, Life Sciences Collection, Magazine Index, NTIS, PAIS International, and NLM's Toxline and Medline. The citations cover documents added to those collections during the period from November 1989 to July 1991. Like its predecessors, the document is subdivided into Risk Assessment, Risk Management, and Risk Communication. The Table of Contents lists further divisions of each of these categories. Citations are arranged alphabetically by title, with the exception of the chemical specific references. The citations are grouped alphabetically by chemical name. Abstracts in the Risk Assessment section have been edited or eliminated if the content of the article is adequately reflected in the title.
