| Abstract |
The purpose of this report is to document and publicize the public participation procedures which the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will follow for the submittal, evaluation, and revision or addition of air pollutant emission factors and other emission estimation techniques. The procedures provide the public with the opportunity to participate in the establishment of emission factors and techniques both by the submittal of new material and by the evaluation of that material via a public review process. |
