Abstract |
The paper summarizes the health effects of polychlorinated biphenyls on the nervous system following developmental exposure. The manuscript evaluates the risk associated with PCB in animal models and makes conclusions concerning the extrapolation to human exposures. The work is essential for understanding animal to human extrapolation necessary for the risk assessment process. |
