| Abstract | This report is intended to assist the California Air Resources Board by defining the nature, extent, and causes of violations of standards governing total suspended particulates in the air basins of the north coast, Sacramento Valley, San Joaquin Valley, and south central coast of the State and to identify the potential means of eliminating these violations. |
