Abstract | The report describes the costs of controlling water pollution coming from nonpoint sources, particularly agricultural runoff. The costs are based on the amount of nutrient loading loads that are determined by the Chesapeake Bay watershed model. The model evaluates scenarios with changes in land use, Limit of Technology (LOT), and Best Management Practices (BMP). |
