| Abstract |
These proceedings are the product of a cooperative effort made by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Cooperative Extension Service to explore problems in agricultural nonpoint source water pollution control. This publication is the result of their work. It is hopefully the beginning of a close working relationship between the federal and state environmental regulatory agencies and the State Extension Service in working toward the achievement of the clean water goals established by the Congress. |
