Abstract |
This standard operating procedure (SOP) describes a new, rapid, and relatively inexpensive way to remove a precise area of paint from the substrate of building structures in preparation for quantitative analysis. This method has been applied successfully in the laboratory, as well as in the field. It is a general use SOP and intended to be used by trained nontechnical workers. |
