Collation mag tape
Abstract
This file contains data compiled for the Resource Conservation Recovery Act. Notification of Hazardous Waste Activity, EPA Form 8700-12 was used to collect the data. The file will be updated with information compiled from the Application for a Hazardous Waste Permit, EPA Form 3510-3. The data on this file will be printed by the Government Printing Office in December 1982 with data compiled as of November 1981. There will be a separate volume for each region with Region I numbered SW 987.1 through Region X as SW 897.10. The data includes names and addresses of the facility owner and operator, transportation modes, whether generator or transportor or desposer and the code numbers of wastes generated.
