Abstract
The document announces the conclusions of the EPA evaluation of the 'Autosaver' device under provisions of section 511 of the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act. On April 16, 1980 the EPA received a request from Mr. Y. Mori for evaluation of a fuel saving device termed 'Autosaver'. This device is designed for use on conventional, contact point, ignition systems. This device is claimed to save fuel and reduce pollution by instantaneously providing the high voltage to the spark plugs in an ideal manner.
