The objective of this study is to explore the feasibility of studying potential effects of climate change on impairments resulting from nitrogen loadings in the salt water embayments of Cape Cod. The report includes a recommended plan for studying these impacts, an estimate of the costs and level of effort required; a tally of data, information, and modeling requirements; an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the plan; and recommendations for the appropriate use of results.
