Description:

This paper focuses on methodology for determing extent of hydraulic control and remediation effectiveness of site specific pump and treat systems. Maximum potential well yield is estimated on the basis of hydraulic characteristics described by the cooper and Jacob Equation. A mathematical model is used to estimate rate of contaminant removal and thereby estimate remediation duration.
