Description:

This report presents the results of the verification test of the Sharpe Platinum 2013 high-volume, low-pressure gravity-feed spray gun, hereafter referred to as the Sharpe Platinum, which is designed for use in automotive refinishing. The test coating chosen by Sharpe Manufacturing Company was DuPont ChromaPremier single-stage automotive urethane. Where possible, analyses performed during these tests followed American Society for Testing and Materials methods, or other standard test methods.
