Description:
A rapid, simple method is described, which yields amplifiable bacterial and fungal DNAs from soil. NA is extracted directly from soil and separated from the soil contaminants by electrophoresis in Nusieve GTG agarose. p to fifty 20 mg samples can be processed in one day.
