This dataset was used to develop the manuscript: Three centuries of biogeochemical change in a temperate embayment as revealed by sediment core stable isotopes and historical ecology. It contains stable isotope and other biogeochemical data for sediment cores collected in Academy Cove in Wickford Rhode Island as well as a timeline of some of the larger perturbations and changes that could possibly affect the cove.
