To provide outreach and education on applying ToxCast and HTTK information
Description:
These are slides to give an overview of applied NAMs for hazard, using the example workflow of performing an endocrine assessment using ToxCast data and models, followed by calculation of a bioactivity:exposure ratio. Then, examples of applied bioactivity:exposure ratios or point-of-departure ratios are briefly overviewed to indicate that in vitro bioactivity data have impact when contextualized with exposure or in vivo points-of-departure.
