Impact/Purpose:
EPA ACESD has collected seaweed from Narragansett Bay on two occasions (2015-2016, 2021). This slide presents this information and explains that the goal of the collection is to use seaweed as an indicator of changing nitrogen sources over time.
Description:
This single slide provides a brief overview of the macroalgae sampling that we have done at ACESD. It will be presented in a 5 minute overview during a workshop to look at macroalgae monitoring in Narragansett Bay and the Rhode Island coastal area.
