Impact/Purpose:
This presentation highlights EPA fire research beyond particulate matter, studies on the cutting edge of Agency science that folks might not be thinking about. Given the venue of Pala California, focused EPA research on CA sites where possible. This presentation will raise awareness of agency efforts to assist the Tribes with the science to support land-management decisions regarding wildfire and prescribed fire.
