Impact/Purpose:

The ORD Center for Environmental Solutions and Emergency Response (CESER), Technical Support Coordination Division (TSCD) provides support to EPA Regions and Program Offices through five technical support centers and Superfund &  Technology Liaisons (STLs). Technical support provided by ORD researchers at complex and high-priority contaminated sites helps to accelerate the use of scientific knowledge and innovative technologies for practical application in the field. These technical support efforts also help to ground ORD's research in its mission to solve real-world problems experienced by stakeholders.

Description:

The ORD CESER Technical Support Coordination Division (TSCD) recorded 136 technical support activities at over 120 Superfund and RCRA Corrective Action Sites throughout the Nation from October 2019 - September 2020 (FY2020). TheTSCD FY 2020 Annual Report provides a summary of these technical support efforts.
