There isn't a standard method for wastewater monitoring for SARS-CoV-2. Labs around the world are implementing a variety of procedures for this purpose. Here we describe our approach to process and analyze wastewater to quantify SARS-CoV-2, including the quality controls implemented to evaluate method performance with complex and variable wastewater samples .
