W3170 is a Multistate Research and Activities workgroup supported by the National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). W3170 is a group of academics, government scientists, and state and regional biosolids organization representatives which investigated the beneficial use of biosolids and wastewater reuse.
Description:
The presentation describes a field study in which biosolids were land applied as solids or liquids, two common application methods, over a one-year study period. The presentation focuses on the concentrations of several chemicals measured over a one-year study period including several PFAS.
