Guest Lecture presentation for Practical Reproductive and Developmental Toxicology education course hosted by the American College of Toxicology and Teratology Society May 2019. The focus of this lecture is on predicting the potential for human development and reproductive toxicity (DART) testing with less reliance on vertebrate animal testing.

Description:

This joint American College of Toxicology/Teratology Society courseon Practical Reproductive and Developmental Toxicology is designed to provide a basic understanding in reproductive and developmental biology and principles of various testing approaches for reproductive and developmental toxicology, with strong emphasis on the practical application of these principles and interpretation of nonclinical safety data as well as risk assessment. The intended audience for this course includes industrial and regulatory scientists, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows.
