Past programs in EPA for technology evaluation included:SITE (ended early 2000’s, was line-item in Budget) ETV (ended 2010) Interaction between Federal and private industry with commercially available or ‘viable’ (i.e., SBIR) products or processes For the future – a hybrid approach of commercial as well as ‘viable’ technologies (not yet commercial) may be an approach, different than the past.
