Presented at EPA's Non-Targeted Analysis Collaborative Trial (ENTACT), RTP, NC, August 13 - 15, 2018. https://doi.org/10.23645/epacomptox.7227473

Impact/Purpose:

This presentation gives a high level overview of the computational toxicology program's work on the ENTACT project.Given at the EPA's Non-Targeted Analysis Collaborative Trial (ENTACT) Meeting Aug 2018.

Description:

The EPA's ENTACT study asks if a diverse set of ToxCast chemicals can provide useful 'surrogate' of complex environmental sample for non-targeted analysis (NTA) screening trial. 1269 unique ToxCast chemicals were used to construct 10 mixtures. The testing and data produced were given a high level of QC data analysis. End goals are to generate mass spectra for ToxCast samples by various instrumentation/approaches, improve guidance for choosing appropriate analytical methods, and provide information on impurities and sample problems. Another plan is to leverage use of ToxCast library and capabilities of CompTox Dashboard for advancing non-targeted analysis (NTA) workflows.
