Open Source EPANET: Community-Based Software Development for Drinking Water Infrastructure Modeling - Minneapolis
Tryby, M., R. Janke, J. Burkhardt, T. Haxton, AND R. Murray. Open Source EPANET: Community-Based Software Development for Drinking Water Infrastructure Modeling - Minneapolis. Presented at ASCE EWRI, Minneapolis, MN, June 03 - 07, 2018.
EPANET is a widely used desktop software application for simulating the hydraulic and water quality behavior of drinking water distribution systems. EPANET is used to plan and design $Billions in drinking water infrastructure across the US and around the world.
To better support EPANET stakeholders and the needs of the water community, EPA has initiated an open source software (OSS) project to advance and maintain EPANET.
