ISES Continuing Ed Course (Part 3) Improving Exposure Knowledge with Non-Targeted Analyses: Dashboard Tools, New Prediction Models, and Exposure Forensics? ISES-ISEE 2018 Joint Annual Meeting, Ottawa, CANADA, August 26 - 30, 2018.

Impact/Purpose:

This presentation will be presented to exposure scientists at the ISES-ISEE 2018 meeting. The course will allow EPA ORD researches to share recently developed scientific tools and databases with a broader audience, including tools and model results available via the CompTox Dashboard.

Description:

This presentation will be presented as the third part of a continuing education course at the 2018 ISES-ISEE Meeting in Ottawa, Canada. The course is titled "Application of New Approach Methodologies for Exposure Assessment and Prioritization – Tools for Researchers and Regulators Including use of Quantitative Structure Use Relationships (QSUR)". This portion describes CompTox Dashboard tools for supporting chemical identifications in mass spectrometry (including NTA), new data streams and models are for improving chemical identifications in NTA, example applications of analytical results to address exposure source identification (i.e., “exposure forensics”.)
