Impact/Purpose:

The informational webinar will help potential applicants to the new STAR RFA, "Practical Methods to Analyze and Treat Emerging Contaminants (PFAS) in Solid Waste, Landfills, Wastewater/Leachates, Soils, and Groundwater to Protect Human Health and the Environment" with necessary application, eligibility, review, and research information. The webinar will result in better quality of research proposals, and reduce administrative resource to field individual questions the potential applicants may have.

Description:

The webinar Power Point slides will introduce the goals of the new EPA STAR RFA, provide basic and general information about the research areas and questions, application eligibility information, submission information, and review information. It will also provide the EPA NCER contact information regarding the technical, eligibility, and submission questions about the RFA.
