Impact/Purpose:
This research demonstrates the toxicity of chemicals at doses below NOAELs when combined with other compounds within the anti-androgen AOP network. Further, we demonstrate the utility of the dose addition model for predicting mixture effects which aid risk assessors in estimated toxicity from multiple chemical co-exposures.
